French in Action lesson 4 is simply going to be a part of your review of
the introduction and lesson 2 and 3. Just write out and send me the French

without looking at the French sheet. When you can do
that, you are ready for the review portion of the exam.

I won't have you write out everything in 28, but you should be prepared to handle the exam pages for these exercises. (See Exam Description.) I do want you to write out and send me the following page for exercise 30. This page could also be an exam page. Exercise 41 on page 39 involves masculine and feminine forms as well as the verb être. It would be a good idea to write this one out to send to me.

Now we come to the section that combines various vocabulary and grammatical elements of the lesson. I will not require you to translate everything from English, but I will expect you to translate any of the material from French to English. Two of the following pages will appear on your exam.
