Assignment:  Write a five-paragraph essay (word-processed) that explores a specific relationship of power.  You should:

 

1.      Describe the relationship, and introduce its sides and components.

2.      Explicate the form of power used in this situation.

3.      Explain how that form of power is used to dominate, control or create results.

4.      Show how the dominant force succeeds or fails in its aim.

5.      Meditate:  Why do we seek out power? Is it healthy? Is it necessary?

 

Stay Small! Focus on common, everyday power relationships.  Tie in with your essay.
